Unmotivated

I'm so tired today. Kevin and the kids have colds and Maddux in particular is a real grump when he's not feeling his best. My parents are coming in from Ohio tomorrow around lunchtime. My dad is allergic to cats so I try to do my best to de-fur the house before he gets here. I'm just totally unmotivated today. The kids "helped" me clean my bathroom floor today by dumping a huge glass of bath water all over the floor. LOL I dusted and vacuumed the entire upstairs this morning which got my own allergies all in a mess. So I took an allergy pill and now I feel like a walking zombie... a bit disconnected. I sat down to take a break and now I don't want to get back up. :)

Kevin took Ava to the DMV and Maddux is napping. I need to wake him up, he's been sleeping for almost 2 hours now. I hate to wake him, but if he sleeps much more than 2 hours he won't go to sleep tonight. Ugh, I hate colds. So far I'm not feeling much in the way of symptoms, a bit of a scratchy throat, but it was worse yesterday than today. I'm crossing my fingers that for once a household cold will skip me.

Alright, enough rambling, I'm just stalling... off to wake Maddux and sweep the kitchen.
