A Day to Myself

When I am here with the kids I can think of a million things I need to get done... "if only I had a day to myself to get things done" often goes through my head. Well, today I've got my day to myself. Kevin took the kids to his parents for the day. And you know what? I haven't got much of anything done at all! Why is that!? I guess because when I get time to myself I prefer to sit around and do nothing rather than get "chores" done.

I went to Target and spent too much money (though Kevin would say that's par for the course). I watched a movie that I've had on the DVR for months, Because I Said So. It was a cute movie, with 2 cute guys in it which always makes a movie better. hahaha On the productive side, I guess I did go through a bunch of pictures and got them uploaded for family and friends to see. That was a pretty big job. And that's about it. The floors still need vacuumed, and laundry still needs to be done, but that will just have to wait.
