Ava finally let me pull her 2nd tooth today. It's been VERY wiggly for the past 2 weeks, but she has not wanted me to pull it. Yesterday she had a dentist appt and I said maybe Dr. Jason would pull it, but he didn't. It's probably a liability issue of some sort. He told her it was definitely ready to come out though. Tonight she was wiggling at it and it got stuck facing 90 degrees forward. When she'd let it go it would stay sticking out. I told her with it like that she had to give me at least one shot at pulling it. Sure enough, one quick pull and it was out. Time to scrounge up some silver coins! The Tooth Fairy brought $3 in coins (silver dollar and half dollar) for the first tooth, I think $2 will be the prize tonight. :)
oh, and the sticker on her nose has been there since she got home from school. A teacher in the carpool line asked the kids who remembered her name and Ava said it first so she got the prize... a sticker on the nose. Funny thing is, Ava forgot it was there until she saw her picture... and it's almost 7:30pm!

Wow! Congratulations, Ava! Andrew still hasn't lost his 1st tooth yet- it's not even budging! I'm not sure I can handle the tooth pulling thing. It grossed me out with my own teeth, I can't imagine having to pull his tooth...guess that job will fall to Marc. ;)
I'm impressed she let you pull it. Jacob won't let me even near his loose teeth!
