I've done pretty good with meals the last few weeks. And then today comes around and I'm drawing a total blank. Seriously, I could only think of meals we ate last week.
Monday: spaghetti with fresh bread and salad. (Kevin's suggestion since I couldn't come up with anything)
Tuesday: leftovers!
Wednesday: ham with homefries and something, it seems to need something else. I came up with this when I saw the hams at Target... an on-the-fly meal, yippee!
Thursday, Karate night: we'll likely have some ham leftover so we'll probably make do with that. Maybe I'll make the kids some mac n cheese.
Friday: it's the weekend! It's candy bingo night at Ava's school so we'll need something quick. It will probably end up being take-out of some sort or maybe hot dogs and chips since I have hot dogs and hotdog buns right now.

I'm in such a meal rut!! Every day Dave asks what I have planned for meals and I get all snippy and tell him to stop asking because I don't know :) I'm tired of thinking of new things, and tired of eating the same old things. Tired of cooking in general I guess...Luckily for me, everyone here is willing to settle for cereal and pb&j way more often than I should be serving those....
