The Bug that will not go away.

Maddux is still having diarrhea. We're at a week now for him having this bug. This is definitely not a 24 hr thing, poor guy. I guess I'm keeping him home from school yet again tomorrow. He had 4 days of vomitting and now we're on day 4 of diarrhea... when will this end!

He doesn't feel too bad, he's got energy as usual, not much appetite though. He's got gas that can clear a room. hahaha You know your farts stink when even the cats leave the room! Yesterday he was really embarrassed about the smell and I had to talk to Ava about pretending she doesn't smell it since he felt so bad about it.

Anyone ever dealt with a bug that lasts this long?

Tuesday Update: I sent Maddux to preschool this morning. Atn9am he was finally 24 hrs free of diarrhea. Whew, that was one heck of a bug. Several people have told me it sounds like he had a rotavirus, which in adults only lasts a day or so which would explain why Kevin got over it so quickly. Whatever it was, I'm glad it's gone!
