We bought a house! Aaahhhh!

Well we signed the papers. It's official. There's no more looking, no more searching, no more weekends spent driving all over Lake Wylie and various other places around Charlotte. We are building a house in Mill Creek Falls. We'll be building with Mercedes homes. We have loved their homes since the first day we went in their model home. We have gone full circle since we first went to Mill Creek Falls and the model home... other builders, other Mercedes neighborhoods, even existing homes. But here we are back and very happy. We like the house even more after everything else we've seen!

They're not going to start building until the beginning to middle of June. So that gives us some time to sell this house! It's making me a bit anxious, I'm trying my best to be optimistic... May will be our month to sell! :)
